Classes for returners/improvers will start the week beginning September 17th. It is a ten week course  and each class  will run  for two and a half hours. Classes are planned to run on Monday afternoons and Tuesday and Thursday morning depending upon demand.These classes are mixed ability but are not suitable for absolute beginners. There will be a choice of media. I shall be demonstrating in watercolour and oils for the most part. Subject matter will include painting buildings autumn trees and we shall return to looking and drawing inspiration from artists who live or have lived  and worked  in Wales.
We shall have an additional day painting Christmas cards and enjoying a good lunch! Fee just to cover hall rental for the day.

I have planned a  fund raising day in day in November with local members of The British Heart Foundation. We shall be raising money by having an art day in the hall where our painters/students can exhibit and sell their paintings and cards. I shall put a painting of mine as a raffle prize. Refreshments will be provided by the BHF.

I hope to run an additional course  for absolute beginners,  however this will depend on at least ten people enrolling. This course will be on a Wednesday or Friday morning. If you are interested please contact me if possible ahead of time for further information .

It is likely that the rental for the hall will be increased in September and I shall have to pass this on I am afraid . If this does happen the fee for the ten week course will increase to £75 from £70.
